Interim Chief Financial Officer

Main duties

• Overall responsibility for financial management, accounting, reporting and monitoring.
• Ensure accurate analysis, forecasting and decision-making for management, board and owners.
• Develop and streamline financial processes, systems and reporting structures.
• Responsible for budget, forecasting and monitoring work.
• Liquidity management, cash flow analysis and financial risk management.
• actively contribute to ownership-related issues, including reporting.
• Participate in acquisition and divestment processes, including financial due diligence, integration and exit preparations.
• Interaction with external parties such as auditors, banks, investors and financial advisors.
• Managing and developing an effective finance function.

To be eligible for the role

• Experience as CFO, Finance Director or in another senior financial role
• Proven experience in PE-owned companies
• Experience in the acquisition and/or sale of companies, including financial DD and transaction support Good understanding of accounting, financial analysis and business management.
• Ability to work both strategically and operationally Strong analytical skills and businesslike approach.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Academic degree in economics or equivalent.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English

The assignment is expected to last six months on a full-time basis, starting immediately.
