Interim Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Main responsibilities and duties:

• Responsibility for managing and developing the warehouse organization and all logistics operations in both internal and external warehouses.
• Optimization of logistics processes and flows, management of key partnerships, and contribution to commercial agreements and negotiations.
• Ensure full compliance, high efficiency, and a strong focus on continuous improvement in line with the site strategy.
• Drive the development of the warehouse organization and logistics function to support operational excellence.
• Manage internal and external logistics partners to maximize service efficiency and reliability.
• Lead and develop the warehouse department and team of logistics coordinators to ensure strong results, skills development, and a culture of improvement.

To be eligible for the role:

• 10 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or process-driven environment.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate, support, and build capacity within the team.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics flows, and collaboration with external logistics providers.
• Experience working with standard operations, key performance indicators, and structured improvement methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including performing root cause analyses.
• Interest in or experience of automation, digital tools, and system improvements in logistics and warehousing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
• A proactive, structured, and solution-orientedoriented strategy with a strong sense of ownership.

About the process:

The assignment starts on February 1, is worth 100 %, and is expected to last for approximately six months.

Candidates will be presented on January 20, and customer interviews will take place on January 22–23.
