Interim Business Controller

Main duties:

• Responsible for monthly reporting, budgeting, and ongoing monitoring within the tech organization.

• Work closely with a Business Partner to support the management team with analyses, decision-making support, and reporting.

• Monitor costs and results for the internal tech department and individual IT and development projects.

• Ensure accurate cost allocation and follow-up of projects within web development and digital initiatives.

• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to stakeholders and management.

To be eligible for the role:

• Independent and analytical with a strong ability to work proactively and drive processes forward.

• Experience of stakeholder and management reporting and accustomed to communicating financial results in a clear manner.

• Experience in a tech environment, growth companies, or organizations with a digital focus is advantageous.

• Ambitious, driven, and communicative with strong business acumen.

About the process:

The assignment is full-time, starting immediately, and is expected to last for approximately 6 months. The assignment will be carried out on site in Stockholm.
