Interim Search welcomes Emeli Trygg Olson as the new Consultant Manager in Gothenburg. Her arrival marks a strategic and necessary increase in capacity in one of the company's fastest growing markets.
With a solid background in executive and specialist recruitment, leadership and consulting solutions Emeli Trygg Olson now joins Interim Search as Consultant Manager. Her arrival is not only a reinforcement of competence but also an important organizational change that responds to the strong growth in western Sweden.
The Gothenburg region has become a significant market for Interim Search in recent years, with an increasing volume of key clients and complex interim assignments. As a direct response to this, the company is now expanding capacity on site.
Previously, Interim Search in Gothenburg worked in teams of two - a Recruitment Consultant and a Researcher. Due to the high demand, the team was initially expanded with an additional Researcher. With Emeli's entry as Consultant Manager, a new strategic, four-person structure is now completed. This expansion enables each person to further focus on their core competencies, leading to faster and more accurate deliveries.
