Interim Search has been tasked with appointing an Interim Commercial Lead to a tech company based in Stockholm/Gothenburg/Malmö.
Main duties:
- In your role, you will lead other managers and report to the CEO.
- Develop and implement commercial strategy for the company
- Lead and coach the national sales organization toward common goals
- Ensure profitable growth through structured business management and prioritization
- Drive and coordinate complex deals and collaborations with customers and partners
- Identify market trends and develop new offerings and business opportunities
- Contribute to organizational development and create effective structures for sales and delivery
- Leading and strategically developing the business area to ensure growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- At least 8–10 years of experience in a senior commercial role within the IT industry
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and commercial leadership
- Experience in conducting complex business transactions in large organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Good understanding of the technical areas of Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Application Services
- Experience leading national sales teams with good results
- Good market knowledge and established contacts among suppliers and partners
- Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for approximately 6 months, starting in early November.
