Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Measurement Manager for our client outside Stockholm. We are looking for someone with drive, leadership skills, and an interest in technology to develop our client's measurement operations to meet the challenges of the future.
In brief, the assignment involves responsibility for and development of the metering unit with a focus on electricity, district heating, cooling, and water and sewage. Ensuring legal and industry compliance and driving digitization, efficiency improvements, and development of collection systems. The role involves responsibility for personnel, finances, and systems.
Main duties:
- Ensure that customers meet customer and legal requirements and ensure development in business, measurement technology, and efficiency.
- Leadership with responsibility for personnel, expertise, working methods, and planning within the unit, but also in relation to other activities that use measurement.
- Monitoring of operations from a financial, technical, and occupational health and safety perspective, as well as system ownership.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience of measurement in electricity, water and sewage, district heating/cooling.
- Strong technical and digital skills, accustomed to system ownership.
- Documented leadership experience and change management.
- Good knowledge of laws and regulations in the field of measurement.
About the process:
