Interim Search has been tasked with appointing an interim Head of IT Operations for a company in northern Sweden. The assignment involves leading staff and change management within IT Operations during the fall of 2025. The company is undergoing a modernization journey towards full-scale DevOps with the goal of bringing together IT Support and DevOps for rapid incident management, closer collaboration, simpler processes, and increased customer understanding.
Main duties:
- Personnel responsibility, managing specialists in IT infrastructure and DevOps, as well as IT personnel
support and First-line. - Manage and schedule first and second line/technical support within the group.
- Act as responsible purchaser, budget and contract manager for IT infrastructure and security services.
- Change management of existing working methods and technologies to modern technology choices and
DevOps approach. - Responsible for SLAs.
- Responsible for incident management.
To be eligible for the role:
- Change management, transformation, business development.
- DevOps, IT infrastructure, private/public cloud.
- Experience in information security is sought where management systems for information security are required.
Certification according to ISO 27001 is an important building block in this grouping. - Understand IT in general and be an anchor locally on the site.
About the assignment:
