Recruitment Researcher

In the role of Recruitment Researcher, we are looking for someone who is business-driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work in a team with one of our most experienced recruitment consultants. Together, you will identify business opportunities and customer needs, and appoint interim consultants both in Sweden and abroad. This is a varied and business-oriented position where you will manage many points of contact. The role requires proactivity and the ability to prioritize projects and processes independently. Duties and responsibilities:

• Together with one of Interim Search's recruitment consultants, you will be responsible for the delivery process of senior interim consultants to our clients.
• Through research, identify and contact candidates for ongoing recruitment assignments.
• Interview senior interim consultants, primarily by telephone, and evaluate ideal matches for assignments.
• Structured administration ongoing in business systems during each assignment process.
• Ad hoc administration and coordination.
• Create clear and representative candidate presentations for our clients.
• Ensure a positive experience for our candidates and continuously manage applications in our system.

• You have an academic degree or are nearing the end of your studies in business administration, human resources, or a similar field.

• Previous experience in recruitment is an advantage.
