Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Senior Business Controller to an international industrial company based in northern Sweden. The role reports to the Team Lead Controlling.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Responsible for financial planning, analysis, follow-up, and reporting
- Participate in budget and forecasting work and follow up on key performance indicators for the business
- Prepare decision-making documentation and reports for strategic business decisions
- Contribute to the development of financial processes and business planning
To be eligible for the role:
- Solid experience in business control, budgeting, and business planning
- Background from larger companies/group structure
- Strong analytical skills and good problem-solving abilities
- Academic degree in economics or a similar field
- Self-motivated, driven, and communicative
- Driver's license and car (required)
- Opportunity to work on site in northern Sweden.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Controller
About the process:
The assignment starts immediately and is expected to last for approximately 6 months, with the possibility of transitioning to permanent employment. We will be presenting candidates on an ongoing basis, starting in week 34.
