The company is a leader in the sale and leasing of machinery and systems throughout Sweden. To take the next step in the development of the aftermarket, we are looking for a leader who wants to create results and customer value.
Main job supplements
- Responsibility for customer experience and high service levels
- Drive improvement projects in service, support, and customer relations
- Develop the aftermarket business through new services and business models
- Identify improvements in processes, systems, and working methods
- Lead initiatives and ad hoc projects related to efficiency and growth
To be eligible for the role, you must
- Experience in sales-oriented roles within the construction or machinery industry
- Proven ability to drive business results
- Strong administrative skills and good knowledge of business law
- Good communication skills and willingness to cooperate
- A coaching and engaging leadership style
