Interim Regional Manager

Main duties:

• Develop and implement regional plans in line with the company's goals. Work in a data-driven way with KPIs and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure daily target fulfillment, high-quality delivery, and efficient use of resources. Optimizes and follows up on processes and working methods.
• Lead managers and employees through coaching leadership. Work actively with the work environment, engagement, and skills development.
• Responsible for results, budget, and follow-up. Drives profitability, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Build long-term relationships with key customers. Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and reliable delivery.
• Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and legal requirements. Collaborate effectively with other units within the organization.

To be eligible for the role:

• Higher education in economics, engineering, property management, or a similar field.
• Proven experience of managing operations with responsibility for both personnel and budget, preferably within property services or related industries.
• Strong ability to manage finances and handle budget issues effectively.
• Determined and accustomed to working in a structured manner toward set goals and deadlines.
• Excellent at creating and nurturing relationships with customers, colleagues, and internal partners.
• Good understanding of relevant laws and regulations within occupational health and safety, quality, and the environment.
