Interim Supply Chain Manager

• Lead the supply chain strategy and strategic direction for procurement, storage, transportation and distribution.
• Design business-driven supply chain strategies and policies.
• Influence business strategy from a supply chain perspective.
• Plan, analyze and resolve risks for effective implementation of the supply chain strategy.
• Define processes and policies for all parts of the supply chain (materials management, suppliers, logistics, warehousing, procurement).
• Review and improve supply chain programs, policies, processes and systems according to company standards.
• Manage the budget and finances of the supply chain.
• Drive transformation and streamlining of supply chain practices.
• Analyze business challenges and implement corrections in processes.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

To be eligible for the role:

• Master's degree/PhD in specialized areas and 10+ years of experience in a similar role, perhaps in FMCG or retail.
• Strong experience in negotiating with other departments and external parties with conflicting objectives.
• Ability to influence and challenge key stakeholders effectively and outside the company be a recognized thought leader representing the group.
• As a leader, you will develop strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with senior managers to foster collaboration.
• You place great value on fostering collaboration and partnership to provide integrated solutions to problems.

About the process:

With a start date of August 1, 2025, the assignment is full-time and will last for 6 months, after which there are very good opportunities for employment as the customer will recruit.
