Interim Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of a development-oriented Interim Warehouse & Logistics Manager who can take responsibility for our client's warehouse and logistics operations.
The company is on a journey of change with a strong focus on efficiency in deliveries and development of the business. We are looking for a stable and knowledgeable leader who is used to driving change. The role involves leading two team leaders with a total of 28 employees in a dynamic and operational environment.
Main duties
- Manage and support team leaders and staff.
- Ensuring efficient warehouse and logistics flows.
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive improvements.
- Coordinate and optimize daily work efforts.
To be eligible for the role
- >10 years of experience in Warehouse and/or Logistics Manager roles.
- Proven and successful experience in leadership and change management.
- Very good ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new situations and processes.
- Is results- and solution-oriented.
- Available directly in January
About the process
