Interim Materials Planner
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill a Materials Planner position at a billion-krona company (hybrid). We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where attention to detail and quick decision-making make a real difference.
Main duties:
- Monitor daily deliveries from suppliers and handle discrepancies with purchase orders
- Respond quickly to disruptions and make cost-effective decisions to ensure the flow of materials
- Follow up on risk assessments and communicate them to internal stakeholders
- Ensure Accurate Master Data for MRP Calculations
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid material shortages or surpluses
- Handle MRP Alerts and Take Action
- Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers and internal departments to manage risks and disruptions
- Lead improvement initiatives in warehousing, transportation, and work processes
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience with Pipe Chain
- A college degree in supply chain, logistics, or equivalent experience
- Experience working in logistics/supply chain in an operational environment
- Proficiency with the system and experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of Power BI and Office 365 is a plus
- Organized, analytical, and solution-oriented, with the ability to work at a fast pace
- Independent, but also a team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
About the process
The assignment is for 100% and is expected to last approximately 6–12 months, starting on August 10 or as agreed after the summer. Candidate presentations will take place in week 28, and interviews with our client will be held at that time.
