Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim CFO for a large newly established business, with large international owners, located in Stockholm.
Main responsibilities and tasks
- Lead and establish the finance function during an establishment and start-up phase.
- Ensuring efficient processes, systems and reports.
- Responsible for liquidity planning, financing issues with the owners and budget monitoring.
- Respond to owners and funders in the development and management of the business.
- Building value-adding relationships with business partners.
To be eligible for the role:
- Many years of senior experience as CFO in leading and developing the finance function.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in team building.
- You have good experience in driving change and taking a leading role in setting new processes and procedures.
- Comfortable in managing multiple parallel processes with a holistic approach.
- You are a good communicator with a positive and flexible approach.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for approximately six months. We will present candidates on Friday 22/11 and interviews with the client will take place during Week 48.
