Interim Marketing Manager
Interim Search has been entrusted with the task of appointing an Interim Marketing Manager for a company engaged in logistics operations in the areas of cargo handling, ship clearance, and freight forwarding.
As Marketing Director, you will be part of the management team and report directly to the CEO, where you will play a key role in driving the commercial strategy with the goal of becoming the leading player in sustainable business. You will also be responsible for procurement strategies to ensure and support the company’s long-term business goals.
Main responsibilities:
- In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that support the company’s vision for sustainability and the green transition.
- In this role, you will be responsible for further developing the procurement function and implementing improvements to the procurement process, with the goal of increasing efficiency to support the company’s growth strategy and cost reductions.
- You will be responsible for establishing and developing long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Work proactively and innovatively with your team to identify and explore new opportunities that support the extensive investments in the region.
- Be a dedicated and supportive leader who motivates and inspires your team to achieve shared goals and succeed together.

- You have extensive experience in commercial marketing, purchasing, and business development.
- You have experience in industry, transportation, or logistics.
- You are a strategic thinker with the ability to turn visions into sustainable results.
- You have a passionate interest in and commitment to sustainability and the green transition.

About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for 6 months starting immediately. There is a strong possibility that the assignment can turn into a permanent position, as the client is actively looking for a permanent solution.
Candidates will be presented to the client no later than November 29, and client interviews will be held thereafter.
