Interim Business Controller

Main responsibilities and duties:

• Drive and coordinate the structure and processes for budget work within the Group.
• Development of models and procedures for analyzing and monitoring the Group's revenues within the various segments.
• Analysis and projections for cash flow and working capital.
• Support operations with data-driven analysis.
• Assist with presentations of financial information to the board, management, investors, etc.
• Ad hoc analyses to prepare decision support from financial information.
• Actively participate in developing system support for internal reporting.
• Actively participate in developing profitability measurement for different revenue streams.
• Actively participate in the implementation of the group reporting system.
• Actively participate in the work leading up to company acquisitions and in the introduction and integration of acquired companies.
• Work closely with the CFO and CEO. Reports to the CFO.

To be eligible for the role:

• Academic education in economics or equivalent. 
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Control.
• Solid accounting knowledge.
• Experience with IT companies and/or cloud services. 
• Good analytical and teaching skills. 
• Good knowledge of revenue streams, especially analysis of hourly billing. 
• Experience in implementing group reporting systems. 
• Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Unpretentious, entrepreneurial, and appreciates collaborating on projects. 
• Experience in reporting to PE companies is an advantage. 

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last approximately six months, starting no later than October 21, with a scope of 100 %. We will present candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews with the client company will be held in conjunction with this.
