Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Property Manager for a client in the process industry in Stockholm.
Our client is looking for an interim property manager responsible for optimizing the use of the company's office buildings. You will be responsible for long-term planning of maintenance and investments, as well as acting as a requirement setter and client in your own projects. The role also includes following up on property-related contractor agreements and managing budgets.
To be eligible for the role, you must
- At least 5 years of experience in property management
- Relevant post-secondary education in engineering or real estate, or equivalent experience
- Good administrative skills
- Experience in rental law and contract negotiations
- Businesslike with a focus on efficiency and cost control
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and structured with the ability to drive processes forward
About the process
