Interim Senior Business Controller

In the role of interim Senior Business Controller, you will work in an organization undergoing major change where not everything is yet clear about roles and responsibilities. Your solid experience of working in dynamic conditions, communication skills and stakeholder management are crucial for a successful assignment.

Main duties:

• Develop, maintain and implement control models and calculations linked to the company's overall objectives.
• Project monitoring, staff planning in logistics.
• Implement and follow up on ongoing profitability analysis.
• Proactively develop and monitor key performance indicators against set targets.
• Plan, implement and develop budgeting and forecasting processes and ensure compliance with the business plan and forecasts.
• Driving change, identifying areas for development and implementing new ways of working.
• Actively participate in financial projects, including process improvements and tool development.
• Be a strategic partner to the business.

To be eligible for the role:

• Several years of experience as Business Controller in multi-billion dollar companies in logistics and transportation. 
• Experience in change management, project follow-up.
• Good relationship building skills and stress tolerance.
• Good knowledge of Power BI.
