Interim Senior Business Area Manager

Main duties:

• Responsibility for sales, turnover, customer relations and delivery on site.
• Recruiting new staff to senior roles and upgrading existing staff.
• Drive through the new company strategy to grow the business area.
• Member of the management team and personnel responsibility for currently about 8 people.

To be eligible for the role:

• Previous CEO experience and preferably background from larger companies.
• Senior and strategic leader with good people skills.
• Background from industry/construction, preferably experience in managing and developing installation activities via partners.
• Understanding of processes and the importance of times and moments.
• The mission requires high availability and the ability to be on the move up to 50% of the time.

About the process:
