Interim Business Driven Senior Project Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a business-driven Interim Senior Project Manager in the electrical industry. The company is in strong growth with a turnover of approximately SEK 300 million.
We are looking for a very senior and business driven Project Manager in Construction, Infrastructure and Electrification for a rapidly developing industry. The Project Manager team consists of 6 people and the role reports to the Head of Project Management & Construction.
Main duties:
- Lead and be responsible for project implementation in electrical switchgear and power contracts across Sweden.
- Responsibility for maintaining and nurturing client relationships during project implementation.
- Manage the above-mentioned areas within projects and established budget.
- Develop and follow up on project timelines.
- Resource planning, project administration & finance.
- Purchase of equipment.
- ÄTA works - costing, quoting and registration.
To be eligible for the role:
- You have solid technical knowledge as an electrical power project manager, with the commercial responsibility for the project.
- You have experience in construction and infrastructure.
- You have a relevant technical engineering degree or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience in the field.
- You are business-driven and cost-conscious.
- You have the seniority to deliver complex projects with the right technology, on time, at the right cost and margin.
- You have experience with SAT and FAT.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for about 12 months starting September 1, no later than October 1. The service is full-time with placement in the office in Skåne or on site, with the possibility of remote work.
