Interim Site Manager
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim Site Manager for a company in manufacturing and construction in a larger group located in Karlstad.
As Interim Site Manager, you will be responsible for the Karlstad site and for the performance of the business. You are also primarily responsible for management, development and follow-up, which includes short and long-term management/planning of the business.
Main duties:
- Plan, decide and execute for the staffing needs of the business.
- Act as an external contact person for internal customers and suppliers, i.e. inform them of problems and opportunities in their area of responsibility.
- Inform the organization of the current situation in terms of capacity and delivery capabilities.
- Compile the monthly reporting on our KPIs.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and contracts.
- Work environment and staff responsibilities for staff according to current organizational structure
- Responsible for our premises.
To be eligible for the role:
- Relevant academic training or training/experience that can be assessed as equivalent.
- Good communication skills.
- Demanding and the ability to inspire and target their employees.
