Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Accounting Manager to a listed company located in Stockholm.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Accounting.
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Register of tangible assets.
- Project-derived intangible assets.
- Intra-Sweden or international intercompany transactions.
- Balance sheet reconciliation.
- Declaration of Swedish VAT.
- Submission of Swedish income tax.
- Non-public company's yearly financial reports.
To be eligible for the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Substantial background in accounting and financial administration.
- Mastery of Swedish accounting principles and tax statutes.
- Solid understanding of VAT and income tax legislation in Sweden and the European Union.
- Advanced skills in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Outstanding analytical abilities and meticulousness.
- Ability to work independently and handle numerous tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills in English and Swedish.
- Prior experience with Netsuite is a plus.
- Experience working with a complex accounting system is also meritorious.
