Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Letting Agent for an exciting company in the Gothenburg area.
Main duties:
- Carry out rental activities for, among other things, housing, parking, and storage space
- Responsibility for the entire rental process, including management and contract drafting
- Handling of ongoing tenancy law issues and matters, such as transfers and subletting
- Work in property management systems for efficient handling of the rental process
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience in residential leasing and the real estate industry
- Some expertise in rental law
- Proactive and service-oriented attitude
- Initiative takers with the ability to make their own decisions
- Excellent communication skills and structured working style
About the process:
The assignment is full-time, starting as soon as possible, and is expected to last for approximately two months, with the possibility of extension.
