Interim Head of Controlling

As Interim Controller Manager, you will be responsible for seven controllers. You will report to the CFO.

Main duties

• Lead and develop the controller unit's employees
• Responsibility for introducing operational and goal-based management in the organization and, as part of this, developing an operational and follow-up model in ERP.
• Responsible for all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to the CFO, management, board of directors, and the group
• Responsibility for the company's liquidity and investment forecast

Who we are looking for:

• You have +10 years of experience as a business controller with a focus on developing financial management, operational monitoring, and reporting.
• You have +10 years of experience in personnel management positions within finance, including at least +5 years in real estate finance. 
• You have solid experience of driving change processes within finance functions.
• You have excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• You are decisive and results-oriented, with good leadership skills for developing your employees.
• You are used to being both supportive and demanding.
• You are used to working with both senior counterparts and closely with the business.
• You are clear, communicative, and pedagogical.
• You are a graduate in economics 

About the process

The assignment is for 100% full-time. Start date is February 26, and the assignment is expected to last for 9 months.
