Interim Chief Financial Officer

As CFO of the company and its subsidiaries, the overall responsibility is to lead, drive and clarify the business and financial development of the company, which is a technology consulting company undergoing strong growth. 

Job responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the finance function including payroll, Event&Office and IT 
• Work closely with management, leaders and account managers to support and develop the business, 
• Actively drive the development of the strategic issues and act as a sparring partner to the CEO and other members of the management team.
• Responsibility for all financial reporting, analysis and follow-up as well as periodic and annual accounts 
• Budget and forecast management and analysis and development of key performance indicators.
• Responsibility for business support and leading the work to streamline and improve administrative processes
• Work actively with acquisitions and integration issues together with the relevant people within the company
• Participate in the preparation of materials for board meetings

To be eligible for the role:

• Several years of experience as CFO of a company with billions in turnover owned by venture capital companies. 
• Experience in business development and strategic planning.
• Experience in change management
• Leadership qualities
• Experience working in growth companies
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written

About the process:

The assignment is full time for min 6 -12 months starting in March.
