Interim Search has been tasked with appointing an interim CFO to an exciting company undergoing change in Västra Götaland.
In the role of interim CFO, you will be part of the company's management team, lead the financial work, and be ultimately responsible for the company's financial management.
Main duties:
- Leadership
- Ensure an effective finance department
- Be part of the management team
- Controlling, financial management
- Close cooperation with internal stakeholders
- Report to the CEO
To stay up to date:
- Experienced CFO, preferably with consulting experience
- Controller background
- System knowledgeable
- Experience of leading in a group structure
- Experience from companies undergoing rapid change, turnover approx. SEK 400 million–SEK 2 billion
- Background in industries such as wholesale, manufacturing, or related fields
- The assignment is carried out on site
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last approximately six months, starting on February 26.
We will present candidates on Wednesday of week 7, and interviews with the client company will take place at that time.
