Interim Business Area Manager

Main duties:

• Overall responsibility for the business area, including P&L, staff, and budget responsibility.
• Leading and strategically developing the business area to ensure growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement business strategies for growth in managed services and consulting sales
• Management of staff and responsibility for their development, recruitment and resource allocation.
• Drive sales initiatives and establish strategies to develop strong customer relationships
• In your role, you will manage other leaders and be part of the management team of the company.
• You report to the CEO

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• Solid experience working as a senior leader with budget and profitability requirements as well as experience with delivery organizations and process work.
• Successfully served on management team and had P&L responsibility
• Experience in making strategic decisions, actively driving change and implementing structure
• Deep knowledge of complex service delivery and its development/optimization
• Experience in change management and ability to build engagement.
• Experience in company building and rapid pace of change internally and externally
• Strong problem-solving skills and determination

About the process:

The assignment is full-time and is expected to last approximately 6 months, starting in mid-February.
