Interim Project Manager ERP

Main duties:

• Responsible for project management and coordination of work related to both adaptation and functional development of the system and rollout of the system to the Group's companies.
• Be the main contact person for the system supplier in matters concerning adaptation and functional development, as well as training and rollout.
• Be the main contact person for the Group's companies and their representatives during development and implementation, and ensure good communication, dialogue, and involvement in the project.
• Säkerställa informationsflöde och förankring med alla involverade parter
• Ensure progress and cost levels in accordance with schedule and budget
• Identifying and managing risks and challenges

To be eligible for the role:                                       

• Relevant teknisk och ekonomisk bakgrund
• Erfarenhet av projektledning och förändringsarbete
• Ability to understand and contribute to improving processes and systems
• Strong ability to build and maintain good relationships, both within the project team and in the rest of the organization
• Trivs med att arbeta med människor på olika nivåer och ha förmåga att röra sig obehindrat mellan storbolag och småbolag
• Meriterande med erfarenhet av system som ExFlow eller liknande
