Interim Project Manager ERP
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill the position of Interim ERP Project Manager at a rapidly expanding company in the industrial sector in northern Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Responsible for project management and coordination of work related to both adaptation and functional development of the system and rollout of the system to the Group's companies.
- Be the main contact person for the system supplier in matters concerning adaptation and functional development, as well as training and rollout.
- Be the main contact person for the Group's companies and their representatives during development and implementation, and ensure good communication, dialogue, and involvement in the project.
- Ensure the flow of information and build consensus with all parties involved
- Ensure progress and cost levels in accordance with schedule and budget
- Identifying and managing risks and challenges
To be eligible for the role:
- Relevant technical and economic background
- Experience in project management and change management
- Ability to understand and contribute to improving processes and systems
- Strong ability to build and maintain good relationships, both within the project team and in the rest of the organization
- Enjoys working with people at various levels and has the ability to move seamlessly between large and small companies
- Experience with systems such as ExFlow or similar is a plus
