Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim HR manager for a company in the pharmaceutical industry in northern Stockholm.
In the role of interim HR consultant, you will work with the company's HR processes as a whole. You will collaborate with the CFO and CEO. As the company consists of about 30 employees, the role will be a combination of both operational and strategic HR work. The role is Nordic.
Main duties:
- Developing HR processes in all Nordic countries
- Implement staff handbooks in Norway, Finland and Denmark
- Support in payroll issues and payroll processing (payroll is outsourced)
- Support in recruitment processes.
- Contact with HR in Switzerland and then translate current issues into Nordic practice

About the process:
The assignment is at 50% for the first 3 months, thereafter the scope will be evaluated by the client in case of an extension. Desired start date is December 3rd. We will present candidates v. 45.
