Theodor trained as an economist but changed career and started working in recruitment at a small consulting firm. He stayed at the consulting firm for several years, progressing from consultant manager to HR manager for the internal organization. Through his network, he was advised to try interim work and is now in his sixth year as a consultant. His assignments have mainly been at a global level and within the financial world. In all of his roles, Theodor has had significant personnel responsibility and been part of the management team. His last two assignments have focused on change management, where he has been responsible for the strategic planning of major projects. Theodor has mastered this skill excellently, as both assignments have been extended. He is now looking for his next assignment where he can make a difference.
