Interim Purchaser

As a buyer, you will be part of the purchasing department, working closely with the category manager and focusing on the customer's external brands. You will be responsible for professionally maintaining and developing good relationships with suppliers. This includes responsibility for negotiating prices, deliveries and payment terms. As a buyer, you will also be responsible for setting up campaigns according to set guidelines and deadlines.

Main duties

• Responsible for all purchasing related tasks linked to all external suppliers
• Purchase of products and machinery
• Negotiating prices and contracts
• Order management - placing orders, recording and tracking orders
• Product care with price adjustment and administration for e-commerce
• Campaign planning for external brands

To be eligible for the role

• A few years of previous work experience as a buyer or purchasing assistant,
• Relevant education in finance or purchasing
• Speaks and writes in Swedish and English fluently
• Good experience with systems
• Experience with the Office suite, Salesforce and Pyramid.

About the process:

The assignment is a full-time parental position and is expected to start in mid-March and last for 12 months.
