Interim search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Sales Manager for Bonava Group, Stockholm. Bonava is a leading residential development company in Northern Europe. Bonava has been creating homes and living neighborhoods since the 1930s. Bonava has 2,000 employees and operates in Sweden, Germany, Finland, Denmark, Norway, St. Petersburg, Estonia and Latvia, with sales of SEK 14.5 billion in 2017. Bonava's shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
Main tasks:
- Conduct weekly sales follow-up with: Germany, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Finland and St. Petersburg to ensure sales rate.
- Implementation of new sales process with CRM support.
- Develop training materials, hold trainings.
- Develop new follow-up structure with sales managers and ensure that this is implemented, including digital follow-up tools.
- Further development of the sales process.
- Reporting of sales performance to group management.
- Continuous dialog with sales managers and country managers.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience as a sales manager.
- Experience in change management.
- Be able to put yourself in the business and build relationships.
- Report, follow up and maintain momentum in the above countries.
- Hands-on, unpretentious and driven.
- Good at building trust.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Bonava has Microsoft Dynamics).
- A background or experience in the real estate sector is an advantage.
About the Process:
We present candidates on an ongoing basis and interviews at the client company start on 21/6. The assignment is full-time and starts at the end of August, is expected to last 12 months with the possibility of extension.
