Interim Chief Financial Officer

As interim Finance Manager, you will be part of an exciting growth journey. You will have three direct reports to support you.

Responsibilities in the role of Interim Finance Manager:

• Overall responsibility for the company's financial operations.
• Gathers information and compiles decision-making documentation for the board and management team.
• Assist the Work Manager and Costing Manager in connection with the preparation of tenders.
• Responsible for closing the accounts and preparing the annual report.
• Together with the Construction Manager and Work Manager, be responsible for budgeting and part of the forecasting work for production, as well as monthly project reviews.
• Short- and long-term liquidity forecasts.
• Contact person for the auditor.
• Development of financial systems and participation in the development of business systems.

Who we are looking for

• Solid experience from working as a finance manager in the contracting, construction, or installation industry.
• Solid knowledge of accounting.
• Experience of management team work and personnel management.
• Good knowledge of IT support and working in Excel. Experience of working in Hogia is an advantage.
• Easy to create and maintain contacts with your own organization and customers.

About the process

We will present candidates on Thursday, December 21 at 10:00 a.m., and interviews at the company will take place on Friday, December 22. The assignment is full-time, starting on January 15, 2018, and lasting until September 28, 2018.
