Interim Project Manager Finance

As Interim Project Manager Finance you will report to the Group CFO with dotted line to the Head of PMO.

Main duties

• You are the project manager for bringing together the finance resources into a single Service Center in Sweden.
• You are responsible for creating common processes and best practices
• You will lead and conduct workshops
• You are responsible for ensuring that identified areas for improvement are implemented
• You are responsible for ensuring that financial management is streamlined
• You are the project manager for the implementation of the Quinyx scheduling system in Sweden

Who we are looking for:

• You have +5 years of experience in project management of Service Center projects and streamlining finance functions
• You have experience working with different project models and should be able to use the client's project model based on best practice
• You have good knowledge in the field of economics
• You have a good understanding of the different flows and processes within a finance function
• You are an operational project manager who should be able to create progress yourself, e.g. create new process descriptions
• You have pedagogical skills and should be able to conduct workshops and present in a comprehensive way to the steering group
• You are trustworthy and have a natural poise

About the process

The assignment is 100% of full time. Start immediately and the assignment is expected to last 7 months.
