Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Group Head of Accounts Receivable for a rapidly growing group in the retail industry. The group has annual sales of SEK 5 billion, 800 employees, and 140 stores.
As Group Manager, you will lead a team of 13 employees and report directly to the Finance Manager. The group is responsible for handling goods invoices and provides important support to stores in terms of administration related to stock transactions and stock withdrawals.
The role of Interim Group Head of Accounts Receivable:
The role involves working hands-on with the group's tasks while also managing the group and focusing on improving and developing the group's working methods. You will:
- Work daily with colleagues in the store operations, purchasing department, and with suppliers.
- Participate in monthly closing and other common tasks in a finance department
- Lead the group's ongoing improvement work
The person we are looking for has:
- Experience in managing staff
- Experience working with large transaction volumes
- Good system skills. Experience with IFS is an advantage.
- Ability to quickly get up to speed with processes and identify opportunities for improvement
We will be presenting candidates on an ongoing basis. This is a full-time position, starting immediately and expected to continue until December 31, 2017.
