Interim Senior EA

The interim Senior Executive Assistant will support the CEO and the Executive Management team with administrative matters concerning day-to-day business as well as medium and long-term planning. The position is located at Hilding Anders HQ in central Malmö, Sweden.

As an interim Senior Executive Assistant, your main tasks include: 

• Take an active part and support the CEO operationally.
• Responsible for the office in Malmö.
• Coordinate the weekly schedule for the CEO.
• Hotel and travel coordination and booking.
• Set up/arrange meetings with different parties.
• Support with the coordination of the BU meetings.
• View applications/contacts with embassies.
• Handling of calendar and email.
• Perform various administrative tasks.

• Hands-on experience from supporting executives.
• High level of integrity
• Action orientation – taking personal ownership and responsibility.
• Successful track record as an assistant in a similar sized business, or other firms such as auditors or lawyers.
• Strong experience in administration.
• Experience working with different IT systems.
• International experience.
• Track record of delivering good results.
• A proactive mindset.
