Interim Transaction Manager

Main duties

• Qualified accounting regarding the purchase and sale of real estate and companies
• Identify risks in transactions with regard to accounting issues
• Maintain ongoing contact internally and with auditors, banks, and authorities
• Responsible for ensuring that the transaction process is delivered on time and that knowledge transfer within the group regarding transactions is carried out

To be eligible for the role

• Experienced consultant
• At least 10 years of experience in qualified work in a finance department or in auditing; experience in corporate accounting in the real estate industry is an advantage.
• Experience from companies with frequent transactions
