To be considered for this role, you should have experience in driving structural change and business development in a labor-intensive industry. You will be expected to create a platform for growth in a market with great potential. An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to manage people with different backgrounds and abilities are important qualities for success.

Main duties:

• Create structure and order
• Develop business plan in cooperation with parent company
• Preparing to exploit market potential
• Managing the operational, day-to-day activities
• Responsible for and driving marketing and customer activities
• Prepare for the planned permanent recruitment
