Interim Chief Financial Officer

Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CFO for a family-owned group of companies in Norrköping. The group has a turnover of approx. 500 MSEK and has just over 200 employees. The department consists of ten people and the responsibility includes IT and payroll administration.

In this role, you will be expected to maintain a close dialog and actively collaborate with other members of the management team. You need to be strong in controlling and have experience from manufacturing companies. In your work, you think strategically and have a business approach and are responsive to the needs of the organization. Furthermore, you have a twinkle in your eye and are successful in your work to create good relationships.

To be considered for this position, you must have recent experience in a similar role. The role requires you to be a leader but also hands-on and have experience of similar staff responsibilities. We will present candidates on Monday April 11, 2016. The assignment is full-time and starts the following week and is expected to last until fall 2016.
