Interim Business Controller

Interim Search is looking for an interim Business Controller on behalf of a client. The client is an IT company with newly renovated offices in Solna. The finance department consists of four people, including a Finance Manager, a Financial Controller, and two Accounting Managers. The role of Business Controller is new, and your task will be to establish the function and improve the company's financial management, follow-up, reporting, and budget and forecasting work. You will report to the Finance Manager and work closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager.

We are looking for someone with a clear background as a business controller who has worked in service-producing companies, preferably in IT/telecom/retail. You are used to working independently and thrive in entrepreneur-driven companies where the culture is characterized by delivery requirements. The assignment is estimated to last 3-4 months full-time with an immediate start and good opportunities for extension.
