Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim HR Business Partner to a global organization with headquarters in Stockholm.
As an interim HRBP, you will be part of an HR team in a global fast-paced business. You are highly involved in operational HR work with responsibilities as well as the ongoing development work in an exciting HR agenda. You will be part of the regional management team.
Main duties:
- Support and coach managers and employees in Sweden and globally
- Building networks of partners globally
- Recruitment work
- Employer Branding
- Onboarding, exit processes and organizational change
- Leading and participating in various cross-functional HR projects
- Driving and developing strategic issues
To be eligible for the role, you have/are:
- Experience in the above tasks
- Academic degree in HR or equivalent
- Many years of experience in broad international HR work
- Experience in operational and creative HR work in a multicultural environment
- Strong communicator and good at establishing contacts and developing business
- You enjoy fast-paced work and want to contribute with energy and commitment
- Fluent in English language in speech and writing
About the process:
