Interim HR Director

Lars is an accomplished HR director with a background in large Swedish companies. He began his career in a subsidiary where, within a year, he became HR manager for 350 engineers. The company was sold during this period, which intensified the work with negotiations, recruitment, cutbacks, and skills development. After ten successful years and an exciting journey, he chose to become HR director for the service unit of another large Swedish company. The new challenge consisted of developing the company's infrastructure and introducing a global SAP system. He then received two further change assignments from group management and has recently been interim HR director at a multi-billion dollar company through Interim Search.
