Cecilia has worked in payroll for most of her career, and has been a consultant for five years. The interim market for people with Cecilia's profile has grown, and she has been a sought-after and valued resource during her consulting career. In her most recent assignment, she worked at a publishing house for nine months, where her role was partly administrative, but Cecilia was also responsible for the ongoing development of the payroll function.
