Interim HRBP Senior People and Culture Generalist

As an interim HRBP, you will be part of a growing HR team and will be involved in building and growing the company's corporate culture, developing talent management programs and supporting managers and leadership.

Main duties: 

• Participate in recruitment processes and ensure the right tools are in place for candidate selection
• Drive issues and projects in skills development, talent management, leadership development and succession planning
• Develop and implement strategies and programs to achieve employee engagement goals
• Develop, implement and improve processes within the HR function
• Ensure compliance in accordance with current requirements and laws
• Analysis and monitoring of company KPIs

Who we are looking for:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the HR field. We would like to see that you have worked with talent development or performance management, for example
• You have experience in fast-paced and entrepreneurial environments
• As a person, you are analytical and with good problem-solving skills
• You have good communication skills and a good command of Swedish and English
