Interim Site Manager (Germany)

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Drive and support the factory so it has the right resources (machinery, people, competence, quality, delivery, cost etc) to achieve longterm business results.
• Responsible for the overall performance, the end-to-end supply chain and the constant development of the factory.
• Responsible for leading, developing and securing a high performing Service Centre organization (about 30 white & blue collars) in line with the overall Service strategy in order to create an excellent customer experience and meet the Service market demands.
• Fully responsible for the Service Centre cost forecast and result including investments and monitor progress against financial targets.
• Ensure that jobs are executed according to importance in close cooperation with sales.

To be considered for the role:

• Several years in a leading position as Factory Manager/Site Manager/Operations Manager or similar.
• Industrial and/or Mechanical Engineering background.
• Must have knowledge/experience in Production systems, Lean, TPM, SOP (used to write instructions), safety regulations, ISO.
• Proven track-record of strong leadership capabilities, delivering results using an agile and empowering leadership style.
• Experience in successfully managing various stakeholders and business partners on all levels of the organization, as well as external partners.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral, in german and english.

About the process:

The assignment is planned to last for 6-7 months at full time, starting in mid January 2026.

We present candidates on December 8th and customer interviews are conducted on December 9th.
