Interim CEO
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim CEO to a Global Company within manufacturing. The CEO will be reporting to the Board of Directors hosted in Europe.
Main Responsibilities:
- Stabilisation of a critical situation in a post merger state.
- Preparing for the coming permanent CEO, working closely with the Board of Directors.
- Help setting the prerequisites for the coming CEO.
- Setting of the Road-map for the next 6-9 months.
- Perform a GAP-analysys and present to the Board.
- Alignment of financial KPI:s with group CFO.
- Weekly and monthly reporting to active Board of Directors.

- Experience from larger company matrixes.
- Experienced multilingual communicator.
About the process:
