Interim Executive Assistant

Main tasks:

• You will be the right hand to the President of the Business Area
• You make the everyday business life of your executive as smooth as possible by acting as a gatekeeper and maintaining an optimized office setup
• You keep track on the smallest details and make sure that everything is in place (where to go, who to meet, what to do and what needs to be prepared)
• You will manage various administrative tasks, such as travel arrangements, calendars, documentation, events and expenses
• You will open-mindedly connect with internal and external stakeholders, customers and partners worldwide
• You work closely with members of our assistant community within the Group to share knowledge and best practices

To be relevant for the role:

• You are an experienced Executive Assistant with a service business background
• You’re used to a global environment
• You have a structured and straightforward way of working
• You have a doers mentality and independently prioritize and creatively solve problems on the go
• You spot what needs to be done and then you take lead
• You have an exceptional gift for networking and communicating with people from different cultures and settings
• You enjoy acting in a rapid-changing environment where you facilitate the work life of your executive
• You stay calm under pressure and can switch gears at a moment’s notice when the situation calls for it
• You are a natural teamplayer
• You need to be tech-savvy and comfortably embrace digital tools in our Office environment and new technology
• You communicate fluently in English and Swedish.

About the process:
