Interim Head Office Controller
Malmö | Hilding Andersson International ABInterim Search has been asked to appoint an interim Head Office Controller by our client Hilding Anders International. Hilding Anders produces approximately 8 million mattresses annually at 23 factories in 19 countries. The company is based in Malmö, Sweden, and is majority owned by the private equity firm KKR
The interim Head Office Controller will be part of the Group Finance team based at Head Office in Malmö, responsible for the Group holding companies. You will be part of a team of 7 employees and report directly to the Finance Director.
The role as interim Head Office Controller include responsibility for:
- Monthly closeing.
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Annual reports and tax returns.
- Weekly liquidity forecasts.
- Act as main contact person for shared service center.
- Calculation of intra-group service fees and intra company transactions.
- Other areas to cover is Company Cars, legal corporate governance and personnel related task are responsibilities as well as ad hoc projects.
Who we are looking for:
- Great experience in finance and reports.
- Team player.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret numbers and trends.
- Developed IT skills – excel and powerpoint essential.
- Proactive, challenging and energetic.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Fluent in English.
- International experience.
- Graduate in business and finance administration.
